There are at least two bands known as Graupel: 1. Japanese metalcore band 2. German black metal band 1. Graupel is a metalcore band from Tokyo, Japan. Since their formation in 2015, Graupel has gained recognition in the Japanese metalcore scene. Currently, they are unsigned and independent. The band's current members include Yuu Kakimoto on guitars (2015-present) and Sota Yuyama on vocals (2016-present). They are supported by live musicians including Gabriel on bass, Cake on drums, and TKG on guitars, all joining the band in 2021.
