Hailing from Brisbane's bayside JaKobe is an up and coming independent hip hop artist emerging on the Brisbane scene, he has recently come to the attention of the hip hop community through his performance during Sprung Festival 2011. JaKobe secured his place to perform at the festival through his impressive debut during Real Talk’s emcee competition; this year’s sprung line-up featured prominent aussie hip hop acts including Drapht, Funkoars, Illy and Pez & 360.
