Larz was a moniker used by Dutch electronic music producer, Lars Meijer, who also co-founded The Netherlands' Narrominded record label (2000-2021). As Larz (1994-2005, roughly) Meijer did lo-fi tape experiments, creating an ambient sound. His Larz productions were brought to wider attention via the Black Bean and Placenta Tape Club labels. Meijer released nine albums under the Larz moniker. He has also created music as Lars Meijer, Psychon, Psychon Troopers, Living Ornaments and Hunter Complex.
