There are two artists with the name Monodrone. 1. A Seattle-based experimental music project active from 2005-2012. 2. An electronic project by Eric Alan Livingston. 1. Seattle-native Monodrone was a one-man project determined to bend the standard conventions of music. Armed with only imagination and ambition, Monodrone crafted sonic landscapes which delved into the deepest and most unusual recesses of the mind. Although active for six years and over a dozen albums, only two were ever released: Wildfire in 2011, and Mare Novum in 2012.
