Monsula
In the later half of the '80s and early '90s there were a lot of good bands coming out of the San Francisco East Bay area. One of the main things that facilitated the growth of the East Bay Scene was 924 Gilman Street, an all ages, punk run venue that became a hub of activity for the area after their first show New Years Eve of 1986. Monsula formed in 1988. They played what would have been called at the time "East Bay Pop Punk" which was really a mix of poppy melodic west coat punk rock and early .

Back Home
This song is about my home town erfurt where I grew up. It's actually an old song that I originally wrote in 2008 but I never really liked how it turned out. Now in 2022 I re-wrote most of the lyrics and changed the genre. The lyrics paint a picture of me revisiting all the places where I used to hang out when I was young and how much almost everything changed. Kinda like a blast from the past which by the way was the original title for this song. The music video has some interesting old school footage of me and the city of erfurt.more

Misfit of Society
This song was originally just a test. I was playing around with some classic 3 chords and as I recorded all the instruments and I realized this song should see the light of day. So I wrote actual lyrics to it. I'm still amazed by the fact that there's not a single f-word in those lyrics even though the subject matter is perfect to drop some f-bombs but whatever. Enjoy!more
