The band then changed its name to Rouwen in 1997. Rouwen means “to mourn” in Dutch. 3. Mourning is a melodic punk/hardcore band with members from Syracuse, NY and Boston, MA. The band started in the winter of 09, and got together again to record their 7inch the following summer.
