1. N.A.P., an abbreviation of "Niggas Ain't Playin'," was an American hip hop/g-funk group from Indianapolis, Indiana. The group appeared in The Source magazine's Unsigned Hype section in May 1995, where they were praised for adding "freshness to the one form of rap music that is criticized most for having songs that "all sound the same"", which they "accomplished primarily through their unique addition of singing" and "tight, well-delivered rhymes".
