Play-N-Skillz
Raised in Irving, TX, the Dallas-based Play N Skillz -- brothers Juan "Play" Salinas and Oscar "Skillz" Salinas -- began producing music in their mother's apartment before creating a stir in their area. A meet-up with Lil' Flip resulted in production work for the MC's U Gotta Feel Me album, which led to a deal with Universal. The two released The Process later in 2004, featuring vocal help from Flip, Adina Howard, Krayzie Bone, and Layzie Bone
