R.T.Z. is a German techno-dance act produced by Fonny De Wulf and Ray Decadance. Their hit was "Dance Your Ass Off, released in 1991. R.T.Z. stands for Return To Zero. Other works were "In The Name Of Love" and "Turn Me Around".
