Renae was a post-hardcore/melodic post-punk band from Hillsboro, Illinois. Most of 2006-2010 was spent breaking into the ‘scene’ and touring. By 2007 they were touring coast to coast, and by 2008 they were doing successfully in the midwest and the east coast. They put out two demos and two EPs. The Coward, The Storm, & The Outlaw was recorded in 2008 after several lineup changes. This record broke them into Springfield and the midwest at large.
