Salmin Hezron Kigondo (born in Dar-Es-Salaam in August 2, 1991), better known by his stage name Salmin Swaggz (Sal-min Swagg-z), is a Tanzanian rapper from Dar-Es-Salaam. Salmin was born to Tanzanian parents. He rose to prominence in 2012, when his song "Zaidi Ya Rap (feat. Hood C)" became popular in his hometown. Salmin became locally recognized and continued recording music for the regional audience. Producer Nicco discovered Salmin in early 2011 and signed him to Noma Records in the same year.
