Selphius is a singer who made a name for herself through her German-language interpretations of various anime songs and was able to acquire a loyal fan base. Selphius grew up in a musical environment, and as a child she was interested in anime and manga, whereupon she began to reinterpret anime songs into German in 2011 and then upload them to her YouTube channel.
