Shocklenders
After Los Pordioseros disbanded, members Francisco Pesado (drums/samples/keyboard), Hernán Benegas (bass) and Tato Vega (vocals) formed the Shocklenders with guitarist Piturro Benassi. Innovators, shameless, and effervescent within the 90's rock scene in Rosario, Argentina, the band left an indelible mark for the music of that city, being precursors in the approach to funk.
Their first two albums were 1995's "¡Cómo me gusta!", which was released on the Mexican label Fonovisa, and 1997's "Shocklenders".
