Sirup is the name of a project by Osaka-born Japanese singer-songwriter Kyotaro (2) (styled KYOtaro), in which he collaborates with various R&B/hip-hop music creators to make a new sound. The name Sirup (シラップ) is a contraction of Sing and Rap.
