There are two artists named Soyeon: 1) Jung Soyeon (정소연; born May 4, 1994) is a South Korean singer and songwriter signed to Interpark Music Plus. She is best known for being the main vocalist of the girl group LABOUM. 2) JEON SOYEON (전소연; born August 26, 1998) is a South Korean rapper, songwriter, dancer and singer signed to Cube Entertainment. She gained some attention for competing in the television shows Produce 101 and Unpretty Rapstar before becoming the leader of the girl group (G)I-DLE in May 2018.
