Starcry is a Greek, electro-goth / industrial group, going since 1990. It has been described as very dark, middle-eastern-techno-death-metal and vaguely likened to Skinny Puppy, Front242 and Nine Inch Nails. Manned by designer Nick Dachris, economist Nikos Pavlis and musicologist Zoe Dachris, Starcry has recorded four albums for Nick Dachris's Cockroach Studio: Ideal Husband (recorded in 2001, released in 2002), One Night Stand (recorded in 2004, released in 2006)
