There are a number of artists known as "Story" or "The Story: The Story was a duo composed of Jonatha Brooke and Jennifer Kimball. The two met at Amherst College and subsequently produced two albums: Grace in Gravity and The Angel in the House. Their folky sound is characterized by their dissonant, yet gorgeous, vocal harmonies and poignant lyrics. They have since both embarked on solo careers. Story was a Hungarian trash metal band. They recorded two albums, Kontroll (1999) and Killenium (2000).
