After a nine year hiatus from hip-hop, Surpass Flavor returned, delivering his long awaited EP The Green Felt Jungle. Surpass Flavor, who was born out of 90’s hip hop, proved he could make contemporary, Generation Next hip-hop while maintaining the thread of a purist. In one 6-track EP, Surpass Flavor went from a Denver-classic to a Denver-mainstay. With the concept of his new EP Over/Under taking shape, Surpass Flavor now sets out for his toughest task yet, building on his buzz and executing the EP’s preface.
