LET IT BUUUUUURN * [Intro — spoken] The end begins When a friend betrays a man. [Verse 1] Before Lucifer I stand, He smells the anger on my skin. Without fear, I open my mouth; My pain shakes the halls of death. [Gang Shouts] They left me! Sold me! Betrayed me for a handful of gold! Rage in my blood! Pain in my bones! [Spoken — Lucifer] Can you teach me? Give my anger form. Let revenge be born. [Mortal Man] What do you want—a spear or sword? [Lucifer] No. Four teachers. [Verse 2] She is might itself, Rider dressed in red, Worlds laid low beneath her hand— War herself! [Gang Shouts] War! Four riders at the gate! Horsemen, ride! No time to waste—four riders, one fate! No mercy when they come, All at once or one by one! [Groove Drop] Horsemen, ride! Break the gates tonight! War! Famine! Pestilence! Death! The Four are behind me; I feel their breath! [Verse 3] Famine trains endurance, Pestilence trains the mind. I learn each hidden trap, I see through every lie. [Spoken — Lucifer] Take this picture: The one you loved, The one you died for. Is she worth it? [Shouted Answer] YES! [Cold Death Entrance — spoken] The gate opens. Cold air fills Hell. Every head lowers As Death approaches the throne. [Death] I will teach you resurrection. They will rise whenever you command. [Lucifer] The Four are behind you. They always were. [Half-Time Breakdown — Gang Shouts] WAR! FAMINE! PESTILENCE! DEATH! FOUR! BEHIND! MY! BACK! [Final Build] Lucifer, I will strike them when they come! [Lucifer — spoken] Why wait? Go now! [Final Chorus] Horsemen, ride! Break the gates tonight! War, Famine, Pestilence, Death! The Four are behind me; I feel their breath! Armageddon every day Until the end of time! [Outro — cold, abrupt] War. Famine. Pestilence. Death. They always were.more
