“Say Can You Help” Was written to an amazing women that the artist felt as though she saved him from a deep depression. In the song he expresses his need for help asking everyone if they can help save him. In the first verse he says “locked in need to find my out” explaining to everyone that he is in his head too much and overthinks everything. He is telling people he needs to find a way to escape the over baring feeling of anxiety and sadness. In the second verse he says “You got me out” explaining that the women has entered his life and has helped pull him out of a deep hole of depression.
