Caamp
Caamp is American indie-folk duo Taylor Meier and Evan Westfall from Ohio. Two guys strumming and singing loudly, but will strum and sing softly sometimes also. CAAMP IS A FOLK TRIO FROM OHIO, MAKING BEAUTIFUL NOISE. Started by boyhood friends Evan Westfall and Taylor Meier, Caamp came to life in Athens, Ohio. Taylor began penning and playing original songs at coffee shops around Athens in 2013. Evan moved down a couple of years later and together in a hazy attic, enjoying light beers, they would find the heartfelt sound that became Caamp.

A Better Life
This is the first song I released. It is about feeling lucky about having a good, privileged life, but at the same time feeling guilty about it and not knowing how to deal with that. Hope you enjoy the song! more

Deja Vu
An upbeat, banjo-driven indie folk track that captures the push and pull between hope and fear in love, finally finding someone who feels like home, yet struggling to trust it after a history of disappointment. It’s vulnerable, empathetic, and deeply relatable, blending self-doubt with quiet determination to believe in something real.more

You're Nothing (Trigger)
In You're Nothing (Trigger) I have personified my panic attacks as a dark figure that followed me around everywhere I went. The mood shifts from fear to empowerment in the chorus where I take back control of the narrative with the realisation that there is no current danger. My nervous system is simply reacting to something that happened in the past. Despite being about a serious topic the song is upbeat and makes you want to get up, dance & face your fears!more
