Doublebass is a band which was founded in the early beginning of 2007 in Germany by two young musicians. At the beginning, the band just wanted to make a parody of death metal but later decided to concentrate on making "real" music. Typical for their music are the Doublebass or sometimes even so called "Quadrobass". They wanted to separate from other bands and called their style of playing "Double Metal", which makes sure that the doublebass is an important part in their music.
