Two fantastic rock bands called themselves Reading in the early years of the 21st century. A four-piece from Louisville, Kentucky, and a five-piece from Athens, GA. Merging the tastes and talents of four diverse and seasoned musicians, READING (KY) builds an eclectic mix of Rock and Pop on a super-solid Indie foundation that holds it all together and keeps it interesting. The music is smart, with its synthesized melodies and back-up vocals and keeps it together with well-developed hooks, complex rhythms, and lyrics for the thinking man.
