Varat was a Latvian post-rock and space rock band formed in Bauska, Latvia in 2011.
In 2012, after changeover of its membership and the planned follow-up activities under another name, the band announced its farewell concert. Other bands related to Varat includes Basta, Jeruzalemes Dedzinātāji, Noah's Spaceship, Emily Rose, and Mono:Tas.
