No Sleeves (ノースリーブス) is a Japanese subunit from idol group AKB48 formed in 2008. Its members include first generation original Team A members Haruna Kojima (小嶋陽菜), Minami Takahashi (高橋みなみ) and Minami Minegishi (峯岸みなみ). The group is commonly referred as no3b, a stylized version of the group's name, which is a wasei-eigo term for sleeveless clothes. The trio debuted officially under the name No Sleeves on November 2008
