Oshima Mai (大島麻衣), nickname "Maimai' (まいまい), born September 11, 1987 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan is a Japanese idol singer and model, as well as a former member of idol group AKB48. She debuted as a solo artist in 2010 with the single, "Mendokusai aijou" (メンドクサイ愛情). One of the 24 members to pass the first audition for the Japanese idol group AKB48 in December 2005, Oshima was a founding member of the group.
