Dex is a song that plays tribute to a fictional character Dexter. This character was based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. This book is about An ex-cop who claimed he was "ridding the streets from the wicked" as a motive for his murders. Lyrics "Aren't we always dying in our dreams? Don't we all have our demons?
