Born, and raised, in the Southside of Norfolk, Virginia; Iman found a love for hip hop, early. The oldest of three, he quickly developed interests in hobbies that allowed him to express himself. Being present in musical sessions with his family members prompted Iman to grow a distinct love for the powerful genre. This passion for music urged him to explore deeper, and by the fourth grade in elementary school he joined the orchestra. Throughout the adolescent life of the Virginia native, he would spend the next decade honing the talent, skills and ambitions necessary to succeed as an independent artist. By 2016, Iman would post his first official music video for a single titled, ‘Crystal Beaches’.
