I’ve wanted to share my story for some time now. Music has always been my most faithful friend and although it’s been a while since I last performed in front of a crowd, I’ve missed it throughout the years. I often wonder where I’d be today had I continued performing when I was younger. Jeez, hear me out. I sound like an old lady! Lmao. I may be a bit high at the moment but I still mean business. The truth is, I miss having music in my life. So much that it’s caused me depression throughout the years. This song poured out of me when I wrote it back in 2022. I was at work, in the middle of the forest, waiting on a tour to get back when all of a sudden this melody popped into my head and after a few hours of wrestling with my inner demons, this song was born. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted to say to my family, to my friends, to all of those who doubted me, those whom spewed so much hatred towards me for no reason whatsoever, this song is the beginning of my freedom as an artist. I wasn’t allowed to be myself then, so I’ll be sure to scream it loud moving forward. Welcome to my life and I hope you enjoy my song.
