Since Mickey Moses was young,rapping had always seemed natural for him. Growing up in San Antonio, Texas, "freestyle rap" was very popular and Mickey Moses would often rap in cafeterias or in the hood with the homies. Always being encouraged to take it serious, but Mickey Moses had other ventures he was more involved in. In 2004 recorded his first verse on a track with at that time, Icepick Records artist, AP. Shortly after, Mickey Moses graduated from high school, and moved to Houston,TX and attended Texas Southern University. After 2 years in Houston , he returned to San Antonio in 2007. One month later, Mickey Moses's brother was arrested for Capital Murder(convicted in 2009). He used this motivation to not only get out the streets but also to begin to start making quality music.
