Hey everyone! I've been working on this song for the past few months and I'd love to know your thoughts! As always, the lyrics are below: ⠀ You've treated my time like a playground Went and wasted my life that I laid down Stuck in a pointless game ⠀ Frost-covered shoulder's what I'm getting from you Quarantined heart I can never get through to Are we both one and the same? ⠀ Nothing but a fool No less than a tool The pretty words you say to me Will never be true ⠀ Nothing but a fool No less than a tool The pretty words you say to me Will never be true ⠀ Why am I always the middleman Giving you the grace that I never had? Nobody on my side ⠀ Learning to trust all over again Throwing away all that I had planned Internal suicide ⠀ Nothing but a fool No less than a tool The pretty words you say to me Will never be true ⠀ Nothing but a fool No less than a tool The pretty words you say to me Will never be true ⠀ Don't ask me for advice, don’t mistake me for a saint I sold my soul to anyone who could spare some sympathy A cycle full of agony, who's gonna end it except me? Kept waiting for my shooting star, but wishing doesn't get you far ⠀ Psychosomatic mind full of static It's like I need to hurt Psychosomatic mind full of static It's like I need to hurtmore
