Virginia-based Christian Hip-Hop (CHH) artist, Pastor Mac was born Thomas Mclauchlin Jr., Son of Pastor Mclauchlin Sr. Whose name they coined “Pastor Mac”. Raised in a Christian household, “Pastor Mac” has always had a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. However, sometimes in his adulthood where he got off track and created secular music and toyed with the secular street lifestyle, but the grace of God brought him back to his roots. Pastor Mac is best known for his energetic live shows and biblically inspired lyrics. With Pastor Mac just recently releasing his debut gospel album ‘Walk of Faith’ he is a fresh voice in the CHH scene with moving songs such as ‘The Great I AM’ and ‘I need God’. With an anointed and strong lyrical prowess, catchy choruses, and head-bopping beats, it’s easy to discern Pastor Mac’s music draws influence from an array of ’90s through mid-2000 artists incorporated with a large dose of originality and God favor.
