This song was written in honor of my dad, the late great Samuel Lee Shepherd, who was an amazing Saxophonist! His favorite genre of music was jazz and his favorite singer was Sade. I’m nowhere near as great as her, but I believe my dad would be so very proud of what he instilled in me! I miss him so much!more
