Veterans day
I wrote this song ahead of May 29th, which is Veterans Day here in Sweden. I've served in the armed forces since 1990, and I wanted to create an honest, acoustic tribute to the UN Peacekeepers (the Blue Berets) and anyone who has put on the uniform. This isn't a traditional pop track; it’s a solemn reflection on the weight of the dress uniform, the silent memorial stones, and the invisible wounds of those who didn't come home whole. Released under my project, Pieces of Pix. I’d love your feedback on the mix and the emotional delivery of the vocals. Does the storytelling pull you in? Let me know what you think, and drop a link to your tracks in the comments so I can return the favor!more

Your Version of Me
When the right person finds someone, and truly accepts then and wants then for the person that they are, there is a version that comes out that only belongs to the, that is what this is about. Latest Release, continuation of life, and a story that will be timeless. Please take a few minutes to follow the artist on Spotify, I appreciate it greatly https://open.spotify.com/artist/1pLXs15TdtadbVu1o0VCxT?si=v4opJp0jQZqBnSTSd48Quw Lyrics - Some mornings I could barely move They were heavier than the nights That I barely made it through, Same fears, same fight, same pain with nothing new. Waking up alive was the only win I’d see, Just breathing felt like something life was taking out of me. I was moving without meaning, just a shadow trying to stand, A heartbeat with no rhythm in the body of a man. Didn’t know what tomorrow held or who I’d even be, Just hoping for a reason not to fall back to my knees. Then you stepped into my silence like a sunrise breaking through, Saw the parts I hid away and said they still looked good to you. You didn’t fix me — you just showed me what was left, Held the pieces like they mattered, not the damage or the depth. You found the part of me the world forgot to see, The version buried deep that I never thought could breathe. And in that moment I knew The man I wanted to be was yours… the man in your eyes, your version of me. I didn’t know where my life was going, But you saw something worth growing. ’Cause the man I am now is your version of me, You pulled me from the dark and showed me who I’m meant to be. Every fear I carried, you turned into something clean, You brought color to the corners that were empty deep within. I didn’t know my way, but I know it now, And the man I am today… is yours somehow — for eternity. You held the broken pieces I was scared for you to see, Treated every crack like it was part of what made me. Your voice became the calm in storms I used to drown inside, And every quiet moment pulled me closer to your side. Now I’m learning that peace is the bravest kind of fight, Waking up and moving toward you, just to see you in the soft glow of the light. Tomorrow doesn’t scare me when you’re by my side, You’re the reason every sunrise feels like a sign. I was living just to make it through another day, Now I’m living for the life we get to build our way. You found the man I didn’t know was here, And now every step feels clear — you didn’t just save me… you made your version of me. ’Cause the man I am now is your version of me, You lifted up my heart when it was buried in the ground. Every fear I carried, you turned into something clean, You turned my quiet into color, You turned my lost into something worth keeping. And if the world ever asks what man I wanted to be, I’ll say it proudly, I’ll say it honestly — I’m yours… the man you found, the man you see… your version of me.more
