Ash Of Vow, Storm Of My Voice: When Promises Turn To Dust (New Version)
Dark romance and the breaking of a vow! 🎧 For all those who love Celtic & Symphonic Gothic Metal with narrative elements. "I inscribed your promise on the standing stone—while moss grew where your name was engraved." A broken promise, immortalized in stone: "Ash Of Vow..." is a melancholic Celtic Gothic metal anthem about vows, loss, and the whispers of ancient standing stones. "Ash And Vow – Storm Of My Voice" by "A Promise on the Standing Stone" . A new version of the Celtic Gothic metal song by ELYRIA, hovering between promise and farewell: "Ash & Vow..." tells a story of a broken promise that lives on in ancient menhirs, while time slips through fingers like cold ashes. If you love epic, mystical metal stories, you'll feel right at home in the eerie, dark atmosphere of this song, where a woman in Victorian dress wanders through a misty, cemetery-like setting. The Victorian atmosphere evokes a sense of melancholy and mystery, perfect for those who appreciate a touch of the macabre. This cemetery ambiance offers a glimpse into a bygone era. 🔥 Amidst mist-shrouded hills, weathered runic magic, and the whisper of the wind, every note becomes a final vow—carved in stone, yet faded from the heart. ..more

Convergence
Convergence is an original progressive metal song by VEINSTORM, exploring fatherhood, identity, and the impossible pursuit of perfection through a mathematical metaphor of convergence. Originally released in French, now available in English. Convergence is about the bond between a father and his son, beginning at birth but especially about what follows afterward. The neonatal room is the starting point: a silent, clinical moment where everything begins. In the child's gaze, the father sees an absolute, something pure, vertical, perfect. An ideal the child embodies without even knowing it. But the father quickly realizes he will never be that ideal. He describes himself as a curve: imperfect, unstable, shaped by flaws, limits, and inherited fractures. Still, he moves toward that ideal relentlessly. He gets closer and closer without ever fully reaching it. This is where the mathematical metaphor becomes central. In mathematics, a curve can converge toward a straight line infinitely without ever touching it. That is exactly what the song expresses: loving, protecting, guiding, approaching the ideal, while knowing it will always remain just out of reach. The father chooses to draw the straight line anyway. To appear certain, solid, absolute, not out of deception, but out of love. To avoid breaking what the child still sees as self-evident. Convergence is not a song about failure. It is a song about acceptance. About understanding that love is not about becoming perfect, but about continuing to move closer, even when perfection does not exist. Being infinitely close, even if the absolute is never attained.more
