Ian Anthony Frye, a Recording Arts major, at Full Sail University, from the Bronx, New York. Plays music (Piano), sing Bass, and is a songwriter. In Orlando, Florida Ian was introduced to recording before graduating high school. Where he purchased a mixer that came with software Cubase but did not know how to use the DAW. Dealing with a cracked version of Cool Edit, was then taught by a friend how to use the mixer and how to use the software FL Studios. Purchasing a midi controller, Akai MPK 49, and exploring with Ableton Live, other plugins were introduced like Fab Filter EQ 2 and plug-ins from Izotope like Nectar. Making beats and mixing instruments and vocals was not enough. Booking mixing and mastering sessions, Ian was introduced to WAVES and Universal Audio, and began rerecording songs for an upcoming album. At Full Sail a career in Audio is pursued, the skills to become a professional in the industry is being met.
