As a band Checked Out enjoys experimenting with new genres and sounds and trying to incorporate their own style as well. Pied Piper is a call back to classic and alternative rock with inspiration coming from the likes of Guns and Roses and RHCP. The band wrote this song around the central chorus guitar riff, each adding their own element to the song.
