“Cheerios” is a gritty, no-holds-barred diss track by JB, aimed squarely at the battle rap group MTO. With razor-sharp bars and unapologetic delivery, JB makes it clear he’s not here to play—he’s here to expose, unload, and take over. Dropping ahead of the highly anticipated battle on August 30 in Yonkers, NY, this track sets the tone for what’s about to go down in the ring. Lines are drawn. Shots have been fired. The war is underway.more

Hej där... I invite you to listen to my confession in "Him And I", the final track of my new release which just went live - together with a music video for the Swedish version. This is more than an album... It's a confession... A journey through the rawest corners of my mind... Where silence screams, masks crack, and the truth bleeds through every word... "The Ill Mind: Confession" is a deep dive into emotional isolation, personal identity, and the invisible weight we carry. Every track is a chapter, every lyric a scar. This is where dark orchestration meets poetic lyricism. This is my path where I am battling my own shadows, feeling unseen, or searching for a connection through the noise. Thank you for listening. Thank you for seeing me. Now out everywhere on Spotify, Youtube, and other major platforms: https://vky.re/r/TheIllMindConfessionmore
