Loose is a powerful and intense song from an artist that explores the depths of human emotion and the struggles of a father-son relationship. The song tells the story of a father, much like Darth Vader, who is trying to make it through his life and make his kids be like him. Through sorrow, pain, confusion and regret, he struggles to hold on to his sanity and cope with his childhood traumas. He’s determined to do the right thing by his family and learn from his mistakes, but ultimately the pain of his past follows him everywhere like a shadow. In the end, just like Darth Vader, he finds redemption and strength to break through his struggles and move forward.
