Jason Taylor, stage name Big J is a hip-hop artist/musical engineer, songwriter, and record producer. He is the CEO of Magnetic Records Inc. , which is located in Detroit, MI. He started out independently then joined forces with the group called Midwest Mafia. Due to some members being incarcerated and others moving out of state Big J starting working on solo projects. His first Mixtape was released in 2005 and it was titled "Dat Authentic Shit". Big J built a lot of underground fame from selling his mixtape in clubs, parks, stores, out the trunk etc. Years later he released another Mixtape titled "F.O.E." (Family Over Everything). Around 2014 Big J took an hiatus from the music industry, however in 2021 he came back. 7 years later Big J has come back and has an album out called "Still Authentic".
