One of South-east Londons most unique music producers, Richard (5five2) Edwardes has spent the last few years perfecting his craft, developing his own raw sound. The Greenwich raised producer/song writer comes from a long line of musicians and is no stranger to the creative process of musical production. Double five two describes his sound as gritty and raw, very bass driven, carrying the atmosphere and energy of his beats through the distorted under tones. Richard started of his journey as an artist and sound engineer. He started of in a music collection along side good friend “Nemy” in 2012, they spent years pioneering and sculpting the sound of the underground London Hip-Hop scene, along side artist such as HOP, Kojey Radical, Rass Tokyo, Kasien, Chey lingo and many more. As the years rolled by, Richard found himself producing more and recording less.
