5th Lettah is a Bronx-born hip-hop artist known for sharp lyricism, introspective storytelling, and cinematic atmosphere. Raised in a Puerto Rican household while remaining deeply connected to his Black roots, he grew up near Sedgwick and Cedar, the birthplace of hip-hop, absorbing the sounds of artists like Biggie and Mary J. Blige from an early age.
Influenced by Jay-Z, Big Pun, Eminem, and DMX, 5th Lettah blends classic hip-hop storytelling with dark humor, reflective themes, and anime-inspired imagery. His music often explores identity, pressure, paranoia, and creativity, layered over moody production influenced by marijuana culture and alternative rap aesthetics.
With releases including rEign, The Paranoia Arc, and Severus (IJWYTLM), his work has reached listeners across more than 150 countries. His upcoming album, Downpour, continues that evolution with a sound that is cinematic, reflective, and unmistakably his own.
