81rexx is a Detroit based artist with a very distinct sound unseen in mainstream and underground communities. With the combination of flexible tonality as well as genre-less flows, capped off with beats from various producers and his own engineering, 81 is a true diamond in the rough. 81 has always been surrounded by music, however he did not begin taking his own art seriously until early 2020. Though his music is solely for the intentions of therapy and enjoyment, he has stated that his art is all that he has and knows it to be his true calling. With his motto being "do it as if it's impossible to fail," he truly lives by those words, as heard in his seemingly effortless work ethic and pace.
