Born in Ohio, lived in NY, currently in Oakland, California. Roots from Yemen, so I intertwined Arabic with hip hop, met a guy from Kingston, Jamaica and producers from the Bay Area to create a unique sound. Producers like “Roddy Bo”(Rodrick Saunders), Kennedy Lofton, artist Raskidus, Latoya London, and Nat’e. Been doing it for over 20 years, traveled the world and collecting sounds from every part of the world and sharing my experiences with the Middle -East, Europe, and the USA. Had shows in the UK, Washington D.C.‘s Smithsonian, Detroits international summer festival, and shows all over California .
