For Allan Poyner, music has always been its own reward. A lifelong guitarist who spent decades performing solo acoustic sets and fronting cover bands, they have navigated a rich musical journey spanning acoustic, electric, and bass guitar. After a successful 40-year career in technology that provided the freedom to pursue music purely for the pressure-free pleasure of it, they are now dedicated entirely to the craft of acoustic fingerstyle. Blending intricate fingerstyle compositions with reimagined covers, their music is driven by pure creative joy. When not in the studio, they connect with a growing community of over 10,000 followers on TikTok, streaming live whenever inspiration strikes.
