I am a freelance musician and music teacher from Berlin, playing afro-inspired music. In West Africa I worked for over 20 years with the National Dance Ensemble of Ghana and with musicians from Burkina Faso, Guinea and Mali. From 1987 to the turn of the millennium I ran an international drum and dance school in Ghana and still work as a musician and music teacher in Germany. I love polyrhythm, afro, latin, jazz, funk and all good grooving handmade music and play many instruments like West African percussions, Balafon, Xylophone, String N'goné, Kora, Djembé, Congas, Drums and Piano. I am passionate about working out arrangements for my students and composing notations with rests and complex arrangements. Besides videos and tutorials, I also offer performances with balafon, cajon, kora or drums for any events. You are welcome to subscribe to the channel for free.
