Hailing from the West Coast of the Pacific NorthWest, Batten Down is a cinematic rock band comprised of Marcel Rouger (Vocals, Guitar, Violin), Ben Arney (Bass) & Sean Potter (Vocals, Guitar, Piano). Combining a rich history of classical music training, musical theater, heavy metal, prog rock and folk music. They combine progressive rock with the famous Salt Spring String Orchestra. Taking inspiration from the great classic rock era and infusing a mosaic of sounds and emotion. Batten Down is about expressing what’s real and raw.
