As a songwriter he has written for Paal Flaata (Midnight Choir), Martin Hagfors (HomeGroan) and worked with members of Madrugada, just to mention a few. as an artist he was signed to S2/ Universal with his band “Brent” in 2000 and released 2 albums and 1 EP, landed 3 top 40 radio hits in home country Norway.
