Benjamin Scoggin writes songs for people who are trying to tell the truth to themselves. Rooted in Americana, folk, and stripped down country, his music leans on acoustic textures, quiet dynamics, and lyrics shaped by faith, failure, reconciliation, and ordinary life. His songs are less about performance and more about confession. They sit in the space between doubt and hope, regret and responsibility, wandering and coming home. Benjamin’s work favors restraint over polish and honesty over perfection, inviting listeners into stories that feel lived in rather than written for an audience.
