With my parents steadfastly refusing to play nursery rhymes in the car, I was exposed to bands like Chicago and Tower of Power from a very young age. But it wasn’t until I heard ‘Texas Flood’ that I decided I wanted to play guitar and sound like the legendary Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Starting on a ¾ size guitar at age six, I am extremely fortunate to have been taught and mentored by some of New Zealand’s best guitarists including Joel Shadbolt, Chris Williamson and Dixon Nasey. I have recently formed a duo with Jack Kilfoil called Bangers & Mash. Our first single 'Soul Snatcher' is coming out soon!
